Course Overview
This 4-day course is designed for service providers, webscale operators and enterprises that need to understand the technology, techniques, and best practices for implementing an SDN solution using Nuage Networks Virtualized Network Services (VNS). The course provides detailed coverage of the Nuage Networks VNS components, and practical exercises using VNS to implement software defined WAN services.

Course Objectives
After completing the course, students should be able to:
- Explain the driver and evolution of software-defined WAN and Nuage Networks VNS solution
- Describe Nuage Networks VNS and the function of each of its components, including the Virtualized Services Directory (VSD), Virtualized Services Controller (VSC), and Network Services Gateway (NSG)
- Describe the deployment of an NSG at a branch
- Configure Layer 3 overlay networks in VNS
- Apply VNS to common use-cases such as branch-to-branch communication, DHCP options, security policies, QoS, NAT/PAT, dual uplink, and IPsec VPN
- Describe extensions to the VNS solution such as NSG Enterprise Maps, SD-WAN service portal and Virtual Networks Orchestration (VNO)
